WASHINGTON – Today, Congressman Steven Horsford (NV-04) voted no on the H.R. 7521, a bill to force divestment in TikTok. National security is paramount to protecting our democracy and our people, but so are the First Amendment rights of our citizens. This legislation was rushed from committee to the House floor, raising concerns about the unintended consequences.

WASHINGTON – Today, Congressman Steven Horsford (NV-04) announced a Rural Development investment from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to the Yomba Shoshone Tribe. The $772,000 funding will support the replacement of their outdated water tank to reduce the risk of water loss and ensure reliable access to clean water.
