Congressman Horsford is an original co-sponsor of the American Dream and Promise Act, a landmark bill that will create a path to citizenship for dreamers and protect Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holders, and Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) recipients from being forced to leave the country they love.

Social Security is a promise between the American people and their government that has never been broken for nearly 90 years. Americans pay into this system that supports nearly 140,000 Nevadans and millions more across the country. It is a benefit that is funded by your tax dollars for the purpose of retiring with dignity. 

As President Trump threaten to systematically change Social Security as we know it, Congressman Horsford is fighting to protect Social Security from any and all threats imposing on the program that benefits everyone.
