Congressman Steven Horsford Names Divya Narala as District Director
NORTH LAS VEGAS, NEV. — Congressman Steven Horsford has announced the promotion of Divya Narala to serve as district director for Nevada's Fourth Congressional District. Ms. Narala previously served as Congressman Horsford's director of strategic initiatives."During her time with my office and throughout her career, Divya Narala has demonstrated a deep commitment to public service and the people of Nevada," said Congressman Horsford. "I'm thrilled to announce this well-deserved promotion, and I know that Divya will do an outstanding job for the people of Nevada's Fourth Congressional District."

Born in the South Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, Ms. Narala immigrated to Las Vegas with her family when she was eleven years old. After graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR), she served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member at the Clark County Regional Initiatives Office, where she focused on services to homeless and low-income people in Southern Nevada.
During the 78th and 79th Nevada Legislative sessions, Ms. Narala worked for the late Assemblymember Tyrone Thompson, serving as his attaché and later as the Committee Manager for the Nevada State Assembly Committee on Education. During the 2020 election, Ms. Narala worked as Nevada Political Director for President Biden's campaign and Deputy Campaign Manager on Congressman Horsford's re-election campaign.
