Horsford Announces Staff Promotions

NORTH LAS VEGAS - Today, Congressman Steven Horsford (NV-04) announced promotions and new roles for staff in his DC and Nevada offices. 

  • Sierra Kelley-Chung has been named the Deputy Chief of Staff,managing operations in the Washington, DC office. 
  • Miguel Ayala has been named Senior Advisor for Strategic Communications, directing a robust media and outreach operation. 
  • Ruben Rodriguez has been promoted to Deputy District Director & Communications Manager, providing additional leadership and communications support on the ground in Nevada.  
  • Mahogany Feaster has been promoted to Legislative Aide and Correspondent. A native of Las Vegas, who started working for the Horsford team in the District office, Mahogany works in the DC office handling legislative portfolios around natural resources, public lands and health care.
  • Richard Saint has been promoted to Senior Legislative Assistant.Richard is the primary staffer for the Financial Services Committee work, including banking and housing affordability policy. He also handles labor, tax policy, and infrastructure, among other legislative issue areas.
