On Juneteenth, Rep. Horsford and Senior White House Advisor Tom Perez Join Roundtable on Civil Rights with Nevada Community Leaders

LAS VEGAS – Rep. Steven Horsford, D-North Las Vegas, will be joined by Tom Perez, Senior Advisor and Assistant to the President, at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the ACLU of Nevada. The roundtable discussion will focus on protecting democracy, criminal legal system reform, and closing the racial wealth gap in Nevada and nationwide. 

Horsford and Perez plan to address the Biden-Harris Administration and House Democrats’ transformative policies that have helped advance civil rights for all people, including legislation to support traditionally underserved communities made possible by Horsford.
