Press Conference Introducing The TIPS Act

Congressman Steven Horsford will be joined by impacted workers, business owners and advocates to introduce The TIPS Act. The legislation will eliminate taxes on tips for service workers, and will eliminate a relic of post-slavery Reconstruction, a subminimum wage for tipped workers.
