On July 16th, Congressman Horsford spoke to members of the Congressional Black Caucus about raising the wage and its impact on Black working families across the United States. The Raise the Wage Act would benefit 127,500 in Nevada's 4th Congressional District. Specifically, it will raise wages for 18,800 Black workers -- more than any other District in Nevada.
