TSgt. Palani "Paris" Losalio

TSgt. Losalio was born in Hilo, Hawaii and decided to join the Air Force so that he could travel, become more educated and gain worldly experience. He has been stationed in Montana, Korea and South Carolina. From 2003-2004 he was a member of the Air Force's touring entertainment ensemble, Tops in Blue and travelled around the country performing Motown tunes for airmen and their families.
"TSgt Losalio is one of our standout airmen here at Creech. His natural leadership skills and dynamic personality have been key to representing the Hunters to both national military and civilian leadership. He loves his job and it is evident to everyone he comes in contact with. TSgt Losalio serves as an example and inspiration to those around him, and I couldn't be more proud to have him on our team", said Creech's Vice Commander Col. James Price.

TSgt. Losalio currently serves as the Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of the Protocol Office with the 432d Wing at Creech Air Force Base, where some of his responsibilities include planning and executing Quarterly Awards and Change of Command Ceremonies. He has proven to be an invaluable asset to base leadership to ensure communication with Congressman Horsford's office, as well as the entire Nevada Delegation. "One of the things I enjoy most about my job is when events are over and I'm able to see the outcome of all of the planning and the gratitude I receive from the commanders for all of the effort we give", said TSgt. Losalio.

"Paris", who is of Hawaiian and Puerto Rican descent, arrived in Las Vegas in 2010 and plans to retire here because family and friends always visit and there is such incredible accessibility to so many things, like musical tours and concerts. He has two fur babies named Bailey and Baxter and in his free time he enjoys live music and traveling and learning about other cultures.
We are proud to honor TSgt. Losalio as our NV Hero for the month of August!
