Washington, DC — Joining Congressman Steven Horsford (NV-04) at the 2020 State of the Union address on February 4, 2020, will be Ruby Duncan, a lifelong welfare rights and health care advocate whose organization, Operation Life, operated a medical clinic to provide health care to Nevada's most vulnerable families.
Washington, D.C. — Today, Congressman Steven Horsford (NV-04) voted to pass two House Amendments, the No War Against Iran Act and a repeal of the Authorization of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002.
These votes follow the House passage of the War Powers Resolution Limiting the President's Military Actions Regarding Iran on January 9, 2020. The two amendments passed today are also designed to reassert Congress's constitutional authority on matters of war.
