The Congressman originally introduced the TIPS Act in the 118th Congress to remove income tax requirements for most tip earners and eliminate sub-minimum wages for tipped workers. Rep. Horsford will reintroduce the TIPS Act in the 119th Congress but welcomes that the No Tax on Tips Act includes major safeguards from his bill that will benefit hardworking Americans.
