Mike Thompson (CA-05) to introduce the Growing Renewable Energy and Efficiency Now Act (GREEN Act) which would tackle the climate crisis through the tax code. The GREEN Act includes Congressman Horsford's provision to incentivize the production of Dynamic Glass, a specialized glass product that saves energy by providing control over the amount of light and heat entering a building.
