Washington, D.C. — Congressman Steven Horsford (NV-04) voted today to pass the Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal Act (H.R. 1423), also known as the FAIR Act. Congressman Horsford co-sponsored this legislation that would end the use of forced arbitration in consumer, employment, civil rights, and antitrust disputes.

Washington, D.C. – On Wednesday, Congressman Steven Horsford (NV-04) introduced the Dependent Income Exclusion Act to make health insurance more affordable for families with children who have part-time jobs or are enrolled in job training programs. This legislation would allow families to exclude specific dependent income when calculating their eligibility for Affordable Care Act (ACA) subsidies.
