WASHINGTON D.C. — Today, Congressman Steven Horsford voted to pass the SAFE Banking Act of 2021, legislation that would align state and federal law and allow banks to serve cannabis and cannabis-related businesses in states where cannabis is legal for sale. The SAFE Banking Act passed the House on a bipartisan 321-101 vote.
